"Looking for Light" – Series & Photogram Experiments

As part of a technical workshop, I created two collaborative photograms using traditional darkroom processes. These works play with texture, layering, and silhouette — made without a camera, using direct exposure of objects to light-sensitive paper. The results blend spontaneity with control, resulting in abstract visual forms that reveal the unseen qualities of everyday materials.

“Looking for Light” – A Thematic Series

This photographic series explores the emotive and narrative power of lighting. Across five images, I investigated how shifts in natural and artificial light can shape visual storytelling and atmosphere. Each shot follows a consistent thematic thread, designed to function as a cohesive set while allowing space for subtle contrast and character.

The series is rooted in observation and mood-building, using light as both subject and tool — capturing not just what is seen, but how it feels to witness it.

Miro Board Research – Process Mapping & Conceptual Development

To support my creative decisions, I used Miro as a digital research and moodboard tool. This space became a visual mind-map of inspiration, including:

  • Light studies from film and photography

  • Artist references and visual textures

  • Notes on collaboration and analogue process

  • Sketches and planning for the final series

The Miro board functioned as a working sketchbook — tracking my ideas from initial spark to final presentation, and acting as a bridge between thought and form.
